Dulal Bora and Dipen Rahang filed a writ petition against Badruddin Ajmal 

Dulal Bora and Dipen Rahang filed a writ petition against All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) chief Badruddin Ajmal in the Gauhati High Court on Wednesday. The writ petition was filed against Ajmal for making sensitive statements before the media for his political benefit. The petition stated that Ajmal’s statements agitated the people of Assam as well as other parts of the country, thereby creating a chaotic situation in the country. Bora and Rahang appealed to the court to restrain Ajmal from giving more sensational and communal statements in order to provoke people. The court will hear the petition on Friday.
